In his current role as Associate Director, Jashwin manages the SARS Engagement and Compliance divisions, as well as corporate governance and commercial compliance for a number of multi-national enterprises, as well as family offices and trust structures.

Jashwin has created, grown, and manages numerous business units within the core legal team.

Tax Debt

Entails negotiations with SARS, on behalf of taxpayers, to write-off interest & penalties imposed on outstanding taxes, as well as enter into affordable repayment arrangements.

Crypto Tax
Compliance

This sub-division was set-up to aid taxpayers in ensuring compliant and complete disclosures on their Cryptocurrency related transactions, being either income or of a capital nature. Where historic non-disclosure has occurred, this is legally remedied with SARS.
